Roin Haat
At Roin Haat, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We carefully inspect every product before shipping. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete product, we are here to help.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return or replacement if:
- You received the wrong product.
- The product is damaged during delivery.
- The product is defective or not functioning properly.
- You received an incomplete order or missing item.
Return Request Time
- Return requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- Please keep the original packaging, invoice, and all accessories until the issue is resolved.
Conditions for Return
To qualify for a return:
- The product must be unused and in its original condition.
- Original packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories must be included.
- Proof of purchase (Order ID or Invoice) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns are not accepted for:
- Products damaged due to customer misuse, negligence, or accidental damage.
- Products without original packaging or missing accessories.
- Products that have been used, modified, or tampered with.
- Return requests made after the allowed return period.
Refund & Replacement
- After our quality inspection, eligible products will be replaced or refunded.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed through the original payment method or another mutually agreed method.
- Processing may take 3–7 business days after approval.
Shipping Charges
- If the return is due to our mistake (wrong, damaged, or defective product), Roin Haat will bear the return and replacement shipping cost.
- If the return is requested for reasons other than our error, applicable shipping charges may be the customer's responsibility.
How to Request a Return
To request a return or replacement:
- Contact our Customer Support within 24 hours of delivery.
- Share your Order ID.
- Send clear photos or a short video showing the issue.
- Our support team will review your request and provide the next steps.
Important Note
Please inspect your parcel in the presence of the delivery rider whenever possible. If you notice any damage or incorrect product, inform us immediately.
